The English Week for Getronics Nieuwegein
Getronics approached me with the request to develop an intensive, tailor made training course for a group of project leaders.
The concept we devised was 'the English Week'; an entire week of immersing the team in the English language. Part of the sessions were plenary, but each project member also had a ticket strip for two individual sessions, tailored to personal points of focus.
The plenary closing session was devoted to the subject of ‘negotiating’. With the aid of a capable actor the team members were professionally lured away from their comfort zone.
The team were very enthusiastic about the whole concept. Needless to say they consumed large amounts of tea, an abundance of scones with clotted cream and tons of ‘Engelse drop’ throughout the entire week …

- Een erg aantrekkelijke vorm van training.
- Zeer goede training, niet gedacht dat een native Dutch trainer dit niveau training kon geven.
- De vaart is er ingehouden. Veel praktische tips, goede afstemming op deelnemers, flexibel.
